Providing improved relationships specialist behavioural intervention and behavioural management plan writing for NDIS cohorts, while ensuring to follow a person-centred trauma-focused module to mitigate risks while working towards our participants ideal quality of life.
Supporting the development of a Behaviour Support Plan for each individual based on their behaviours of concern or quality of life strategies in line with the NDIS guidelines.
Specific support for complex behaviours inclusive of fire starting, physical aggression, sexual deviancy, substance misuse and intimate partner violence.
Specific support for comorbidity of disorders or diagnosis, inclusive of understanding the trajectory of mental health, trauma, pain and disabilities to improve quality of service.
Providing strategy development and implementation with the individual directly and stakeholders to ensure that supports are trained and aware of how to support their participant.
Psychoeducation training for supports to understand how Mental Health can increase disability facets and how to manage for these risks.
Development of reports and recommendations to ensure the participant can access services and receive the level of care that fits with their level of needs.
Justice Specific Support
NDIS support delivered by specalist trained forensic practitioners.
As individuals who have been in contact with the justice system can vary in presentation it is important these individuals feel supported and safe.
Services such as training, implementation, and development to either a participant’s family or support team to develop psychoeducation and strategy implementation to support the participant indirectly through improved quality of services.
Development of court letters both for offenders and victims, including support for therapeutic plans or outcomes.
