Grief and loss

Helping the participant to set obtainable life goals and offering support to plan for these achievements in the most appropriate and effective way. Reach your full potential with forward focused support that helps you take control of your life and your goals.
Short term sessions with the aim to motivate and support a participant to smash their goals and achieve their targets.
Working towards that goals that are important to the participant directly in domains of life (physical, emotional, intellectual, relational, professional) whether these goals are emotional, functional or developmental.
